Sandra Buckland, FNAEA MARLA has been a partner at Greenfield and Company for more than 30 years. She was born in Balham, SW London, attended Fulham County Grammar School followed by a career in domestic and international banking prior to having a family. Apart from the general day to day running of the business, Sandra is now responsible for all major client accounting. Interests include the ballet, opera and theatre, and she is also a keen fundraiser for local charities.

Brett was born and raised in Epsom & Ewell, educated at both Ewell Castle School and NESCOT locally and he knows the area inside and out. Having worked in the local Surrey property market for over 20 years now, Brett has amassed a wealth of experience having dealt with every house type imaginable and also has now developed an enviable, finely tuned “second sense” as to what makes properties sell or not.

Matt works closely with Louise and Brett in both residential Sales and Lettings - if you've dealt with Greenfield you've most likely spoken to him. Having been brought up locally and educated in local Glyn School, when he's not selling or letting property, he is busy restoring classic cars or amusing his colleagues with his quick wit and great sense of humour.

Mark has lived and worked in Ewell for over thirty five years and probably has more knowledge of the area and its history than any other estate agent. He looks after the Commercial and Development arm of the business relishing in making ideas work, underpinned with a wealth of experience in all property matters.

Mel started working at Greenfield and Company in 2003 and has been inseperable ever since. Her love of spreadsheets and financial management makes her an invaluable member of the team. Working predominantly on the Property Management side of the business, Mel is often the first port of call for any tenants in distress. In her spare time, Mel has an active role in a charity for re-homing Border Terriers.
